Conveniently located on the corner of New South Head Road & Vickery Ave, our club offers 4 function rooms available for hire seven days per week excluding Christmas day.
Prior to booking your function with Club Rose Bay you will need to select the function area that best suits your needs. The supervisor on duty at the time of your visit will be able to inform you of the availability of your selection, otherwise please send your enquiries to functions@clubrosebay.com.au
We have an inhouse catering service offering a fabulous selection of canapes, alacarte or buffet.

Decorations, DJs and bands can be organised by the club at your request. Please advise if this is required at time of booking.
Deck Bar
The Deck Bar is the Club's premiere entertaining area. The room has the capacity for over 100 people seated inside, 50 on the outdoor deck area. It has its own bar filled with a fine selection of beers, wines and spirits.
The Deck Bar is the perfect space for celebrations including birthdays, christenings and wedding receptions. The Room is also suited to larger meetings, lectures and demonstrations.
Room Hire $850 flat rate( this price includes the bar stewart(s) ,One bar staff member for every 50 people)
*A deposit of $500 must be placed at time of booking. This will secure your event and will be a holding bond till the end of the function.

The Board Room
The Board Room is ideal for smaller meetings and lectures for 15 people or less with facilities including whiteboard, overhead projector, ect...
Dining Room
Pelicans on Rose Bay's dining room offers a secluded place for more intimate occasions, such as wedding anniversaries and family gatherings. Parties of 4 to 80 can be provided for in the dining room.
Monash Hall
The Monash Hall caters for active occasions, such as exercise classes and displays. Bookings in this room can be single functions or on going appointments.
Main Bar
For large functions consisting of greater than 150 people the main bar of the Club can be utilized upon request.
